Exit Surf Fantasy Surfer Club
The Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach is kicking off tomorrow and we are super excited! Also with the WSL Fantasy Surfing worldsurfleague.com we have created an Exit Surf Club House on Fantasy Surfer.com where you can also join up, compete against your friends and maybe even win a few prizes throughout the year. Just search Exit Surf into the public club/leagues sections on the sites and away you go! That way no matter what format you are playing you can be part of the Exit action.
Quick Hot Picks for the event.
1. Julian Wilson
2. John John Florence
3.Mick Fanning
4.Connor Coffin
5.Frederico Morais
6. Wade Carmichael
7. Griffin Colapinto
8. Ezekiel Lau
9. Caio Ibelli
9. Caio Ibelli
Julian Wilson blew our minds at Snapper, and we deserve to get soap suds in our wax for not putting him in last round (even though he had a busted wing and fresh grommie) but we will not let one of our fave surfers down this time. He's looking so sharp on his quiver of JS Surfboards and the big open walls of Bells will suit his surfing big time!
John John is a beast when power carves are on, and his air game seals the deal.. did we say double world champ... nuff said!
With this being Mick Fanning's last hora on the tour, and at probably his favourite/most successful event, you have to pick he one they call 'White Lightening'. The tour loves a fairy tale story (cue Owen Wright last year and Julian Wilson last event) so why not have Mick ring the bell one more time!
Now Griffin Colapinto really made us stand up and take notice, we'd seen the video clips and then at the Quiky Pro any worries of rookie nerves were blown out the water. We can't wait to see what he does here with his power game which is well above his years!
The rest of our picks are filled up of power surfers with style Conner Coffin, Frederico Morais, Ezekiel Lau and Caio Ibelli all have done well here before in this tricky lineup and ooze confidence. Wade Carmichael is our new 'spoiler alert' pick and with his 'man hack' approach we hope he sends it.
Good Luck, and don't forget to join the action... because when you are involved it get's a whole lot more exciting!
