Hi Everyone,
I would like to inform you of some changes within the Exit Surf Products Company structure. As from the 1st of November my left- and right-hand men Ben Lubbers and Hugh Ritchie are now shareholders / directors in the business.
After the tragic loss of our son and mate Tristan a couple of years ago, these changes were necessary. Tristan was an integral part of our team and left a huge hole in our operation, personally and professionally. He is sadly missed.
I have been fortunate and thankful to have Ben, Hugh and the rest of our team with me through these tough and unprecedented times.
Ben has been with us for 25 years and knows the industry more than most, from his vast retail experience in Europe & NZ. Also being a long-time road warrior servicing our accounts nationwide. He will now be our Sales & Operations Manager.
Hugh has been with us for 8 years and rapidly moved from managing our retail store to learning all facets of our wholesale operation. Hugh is our keyboard warrior and has been instrumental in our digital transformation, handling all advertising, social media and imagery, etc. He will be in control of Sales & Marketing.
Keiry (myself) will remain as the fearless leader and continue with sales and day to day fine tuning, while hoping to do more product testing.
We know with our combined experience and skill sets, our relationships and understanding of the surf industry, EXIT SURF is in great hands for the future.
EXIT SURF PRODUCTS is proudly independently-owned and run by surfers for surfers who share our passion and look forward to supporting our customers into the future. We thank you for your continued support over the 40-year history of our business.
