Deck Grips
Surfboard deck grips, tail pads, or traction pads are used as an alternative to surfboard wax to keep your feet on your surfboard, this is especially important when doing turns or airs. Usually a grip would be applied to the tail end of the surfboard although additional grips can be applied to the front foot position or farther along the deck especially with longboards.
